Fulfillment and Refund Policy

Subscription Fulfillment

AgentSmyth provides Software as a Service (SaaS). Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to our platform and services based on their selected subscription plan. Access is granted digitally, with no physical goods involved.

Subscription Terms

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the customer prior to renewal. Customers can manage or cancel their subscriptions anytime through their user dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, AgentSmyth does not generally offer refunds. However, customers may request refunds within 14 days of initial purchase under the following circumstances:
  • Technical issues that significantly prevent access or use of our service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Instances where services delivered are substantially different from those described at the time of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to hi@agentsmyth.com with clear details and reasons for the refund. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and AgentSmyth reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the validity of claims.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Upon cancellation, customers will retain access until the end of their current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated, and no further charges will apply.
